In conversation with HR Advisor, Carys Batho

Welcome to a new series of Realising Your Potential.

Every week Anj speaks to inspiring women about their leadership journeys, the challenges they’ve faced and the lessons they’ve learnt. Together they explore what organisations can do to drive gender equality and how we can all realise our potential.

In the penultimate episode, Anj speaks with Carys Batho, a HR advisor at Accolade Wines. Throughout this series, we’ve been privileged to speak with experienced women in leadership, but it's refreshing to get the perspective of someone who's just starting out in their career.

Carys worked as an intern while in her final year of university and has recently joined the Accolade team on a part-time basis as her studies wrap up.

In this episode both Anj and Carys take turns to ask each other questions and cover a range of topics from dealing with confidence, to making mistakes, gender pay gaps and the term ‘girl boss’.

We believe in the power of conversation and gaining new ways of thinking that inspire, educate and empower you to Realise Your Potential. So if you like what you hear, please subscribe, leave a review and share this podcast with friends or colleagues. You just never know who else it might positively impact!
