Real Talk*Real Stories*Real Change
Is dedicated to saving one struggling ex-felon, addict or at risk youth one at time by sharing stories of adversities, roadblocks and choices. The goal of the Real Talk Program is to initiate a behavior change in both parents and youth who are in the wrong direction, and with stories from people that have been down that road. Real Talk is helping redirect that energy in a positive manner to hopefully change the course of any ex-felon, addict or youth and their parents to not conform to the pressures of today's fast society.

Hands Get Shook & Your Stereo Get Took
Episode: 6 “Real Talk* Real Stories*Real Change with Rogelio Payan”
In this episode, Rogelio and I discuss The Real Talk Youth Impact Program and how is background as a former:
• gang member for 30 years, very sad situation with his brother and daughter …how he dealt with his pain and suffering.
Rogelio is also an interventionalist, a huge asset working with the kids and parents that we come in contact with because of his background. Honestly his testimony and stories are so powerful for the youth he speaks to because they look up to him as a big homie…
Since then he has become a valuable part of the community by
• started his own outreach program with Andrew Called Spiritual Optimistic Warrior
• Has become an asset in the Hispanic community where officers can’t deal with issues
• He shows others especially at the youth detention and the others he touches that they can get over their environment and situation
Alright Rogelio
• What made you get involved in working with at-risk youth or any youth?
• What do you think is your role with the program and how you are helping?
• Explain to the audience one of your darkest times being arrested, incarcerated or a story from you past?
• How has some of those experiences alter or change your life?
• Where do you see real talk program in the future?
• Before we close out, what message would you tell the parents of the youth we try to change?
