Overcoming Grief Tough: PRAY and Cry Out!!!!!!!!
No one can put a time limit on grieving, however we can't stay there forever as its not good for our mental health. We must come to acceptance, which is a process that requires less dependence on self and more reliance on God. We can't do this in the physical it has to be dependence on our comforter the Holy Spirit. Invite Him in your space , shut out all distractions, PRAY and Cry OUT!!!!!
