
Grief looks different for everyone. We all have different stories, different traumas and different coping skills. No matter who you lost, what you lost or how you lost it, the pain is real. We need to stop invalidating our pain and comparing our grief to the story of another. We also need to stop invalidating our depression. All of this begins with awareness. Let’s talk about it.
