Anne is a true representation of making contrarian decisions, where even if she had offers from Ivy League schools and top UK universities, she chose NYUAD for contrarian reasons; after graduating from university she had offers from renowned companies such as Morgan Stanley and hedge funds, but she chose Venture Capital world regardless of the prestige.
