Adam J. Carswell is a real estate entrepreneur, new media marketer, and podcaster. Adam committed his career to real estate in 2015. Within his first year-and-a-half in real estate, he closed over 25 transactions with RE/MAX in Washington, D.C. Adam currently resides in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada and has previously resided in the Bay Area of California, Northern Virginia, Cleveland area, and Belize. He serves as Director of Media and Marketing for Concordia Realty, and Business Development Manager for Asym Capital. Combined, both firms have syndicated, redeveloped, repositioned, and revitalized more than $430mm worth of real estate across the US.
Adam creates educational content for both firms, and is responsible for the management of investor relations. Additionally, Adam plays a major role as a senior acquisitions analyst researching market data and fine-tuning financial models. In his spare time, Adam produces the Cash Flow Connections podcast along with producing and hosting both the Dream Chasers and Liberland Show podcasts. Adam has been a featured guest on numerous podcasts for his expertise on social marketing and LinkedIn network management.
