Our amazing guest for this week is a US Olympian. He is a Realtor Partner with the Wall Street Journal Top 100 nationally ranked team, The Gunderman Group. He focuses on advocacy, risk management and exceeding client’s personal definitions of success. By staying true to those core values, he has been part of the top team in the East Bay area and sells over $180M per year (with over $1.5B sold in total) with an average price point of $1.2M. He became so fascinated with real estate investing that he completed his first flip during his first year in the business, and his wife also invests in out-of-state multifamily properties.
Most recently Hans created a podcast called "Another Way to Play," so he could share the value of creating your own path and building a life of freedom. He believes that if you trade hours for dollars, you will never achieve true freedom in your life.
