This show continued the discussion of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). The "Good Faith Estimate of Closing Costs Statement" was discussed in detail including the handbook that explains what each line item in the statement means. Also, there was a demonstration on online Annual Percentage (APR) Calculators. Finally, there was a demonstration of the FHA web site that covered the different types of FHA loan programs.
