Chris Webb is an investor and economist with degrees in economics from Colorado State University and Florida State University. Having lived in seven states, including Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Texas, and Virginia, he runs InvestLYH to share real estate insights and perform financial calculations. Chris earns income from his W2 job, investment properties, and teaching undergraduate students. His diverse background includes service in a Union, the Military, and the Department of Interior, as well as opening and selling businesses. Returning to school in his late 30s, Chris approaches economics with a focus on simplicity and basic market transactions. He is married and has three cats: Chloe, Batman (who has an Instagram account), and Ollie. Batman was a stray adopted shortly before Chris and his wife moved from Florida.
