Rosemary Christensen Part 2

We conclude our story on the Case of Rosemary Christensen.

Welcome to Real Estate and Murder, a podcast about real estate and murder. We just want to give you a few disclaimers first. Yes, we are going to be tying in some education and some tips about the real estate industry in general. And we want to tie this into every case that we tell you about. So we want to provide relevant context, but we are not giving you, as the listener, specific real estate advice for your individual situation. If you're interested in transacting in real estate, whether it's buying or selling or investing, find a local real estate professional in your area that you trust to assist you. All right, Amy, what else aren't we. Oh, my goodness. We aren't so many things, you guys. We aren't investigative journalists, but we are so grateful for their work, the material that they've been able to uncover, and the sources that we're able to use because of their work. Also, we are not lawyers. We want to be, but we're not. Bummer. I know. And we have chosen the path of real estate agents. And finally, we are not psychologists. So when we refer to mental health or wellness issues regarding a case, we are not diagnosing or formally categorizing anyone. We're just retelling these stories that we've listened to, information that we've read, things that we've watched. But oftentimes those kind of terms pop up. So, just know, we're not diagnosingone. We're not lawyers. We're not detectives. But we're podcasters, and we are real estate agents. We're good real estate agents in Utah. And just one more thing we just wanna issue a trigger warning. The content of these cases can be difficult to hear from time to time. And please listen with care.
