Yes, we are going to be tying in some education and some tips about the real estate industry in general. And we want to tie this into every case that we tell you about. So we want to provide relevant context, but we are not giving you, as the listener, specific real estate advice for your individual situation. If you're interested in transacting in real estate, whether it's buying or selling or investing, find a local real estate professional in your area that you trust to assist you. All right, Amy, what else aren't we. Oh, my goodness. We aren't so many things, you guys. We aren't investigative journalists, but we are so grateful for their work, the material that they've been able to uncover, and the sources that we're able to use because of their work.
