Ep. 8 How 12 Rules for Life can help us. Jordan Peterson (Part 1)

It's hard to know what we want for our lives and every now and then we go looking for help to understand our purpose. Let's be fair who doesn't get motivation after listening to or reading a self help book? Well in this episode we discuss one of Dean's reads, 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos by Jordan Peterson, who is a Canadian clinical psychologist.

Dean: "12 rules for life has helped me get a better understanding of how my brain works and how I can improve myself as a person. Petersons descriptions and explanations are thoroughly thought out and although we are only skimming the surface of what the book has to offer we believe that everyone should be able to get a basic understanding of the points he is making".

We really do urge everyone that enjoys these next two episodes, to consider getting the book for yourself off amazon or audible. Please share the podcast around so we can spread all our conversations around the world and remember, continue the conversation.

*Part 2 will be uploaded on Tuesday*
