
For my Calm Your Mind, Lift Your Spirits Therapeutic Yoga Class, I’m using the book Start Where You Are, by Pema Chodron as a jumping off point for our group intentions and meditations. Because it’s a yoga class, we infuse the teaching with our movement, and I just have to share with you what came of it.
