How One Letter Changed Two Lives: I Will Always Write Back

In this episode you will be getting a new book, How One Letter Changed Two Lives: I Will Always Write Back by Caitlin Alfrienka and Martin Ganda. 


To get ready for the next episode ask your parent to get these ingredients and permission to use the stove:

  • Corn meal (either white or yellow)
  • 1 cup of boiling water

and/or

  • 1⁄4 bunch collard greens, washed
  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • 1⁄4 large tomatoes, cored, chopped
  • 1 1⁄4 green onions, sliced (green and white part)
  • 3⁄4 tablespoon smooth peanut butter (natural is best)
  • 1⁄4 to taste salt
