Episode summary

In this episode, César Gamio and Kizzy Augustin hone in on the importance of addressing psychosocial hazards in the workplace and the consequences of not managing them effectively.

They explore ISO 45003, a set of guidelines for managing psychosocial hazards, outlining how implementation can help organisations avoid legal consequences and demonstrate their commitment to employee wellbeing.

This episode also outlines the sentencing guidelines for health and safety breaches, which include significant fines even without physical injury. Tune in to find out why Kizzy recommends that businesses consider obtaining ISO 45003 certification...
