Welcome to the FIRST EVER episode of the GOOD ENERGY show.

I'm SO SO excited to share the inspiration behind my 30 days of thriving challenge. I've grown pretty fed up with a lot of the self sabotaging tendencies, so I'll be spending the next 30 days keeping daily promises I've made to myself. If you're ready to develop more self love, self respect and trust, consider joining the challenge. All you have to do is list out simple daily practices that are meaningful to you, and then follow through on those promises every single day for 30 days straight.
