We welcome back Episode 25 guest Naaman Taylor and Episode 27 guest Diana Oceguera. Since the last time they’ve appeared on the show, they have since become leaders in their own respective Microtribes, Diana for short term rentals (AirBNB) and Naaman for wholesalers. Yet, one of the important things to note in this episode is that neither Naaman nor Diana were born-entrepreneurs or inherited a family real estate business. Far from that. They were normal, regular people who decided they wanted more from life and took action. And now, they want the same for their mentees and peers. Diana found a passion for hospitality and education and through her STR Microtribe, she’s able to combine those two things. Naaman decided at 17 years old that his wife was going to be nothing short of bold moves and the biggest goal for his Wholesaling Microtribe is to get all his mentees paid, bar none.
