Born and raised in East Bay, California, Xavier Marin was a timid, shy kid. And if that wasn’t bad enough, he was also on the heavy side. Growing up, he had struggled with self worth, identity, and confidence.
Fast forward to college, he was thrown into the ocean and met people from all over with all sorts of different backgrounds. He learned very quickly that it was up to him to become who he wants to be and lead a worthwhile life. Through his challenges, he’s learned resilience, courage, and taking a whole lot of action.
Then one fateful day, he was connected to our very own Felipe Mejia, who took him on as a mentee and helped him get over the edge to his first real taste of real estate.
And that’s where we meet Xavier in this episode. Investing for only a few years now, he’s lightyears ahead of where he was at the beginning of his journey.
Up to date, Xavier is invested in AirBNB short term rentals and aims to branch out to different markets with different partners to keep his portfolio growing and expanding.
