Zasha Smith, Hawaii born and raised, didn’t really have a whole lot going for her growing up on the island. Sure, the culture was great, but other than that, there wasn’t much else to experience. So naturally, going into grade school and even college, she got by doing the bare minimum. But the trajectory of her life really began to shift for the better when she developed a mentor relationship with one of her teachers in high school and that became a sort of theme all throughout her success. It was with mentors like these that she learned how to push herself, expand her mind, and take more of what life has to offer. And like full circle, with her partnerships now, she does business with new investors who are hungry and she brings the experience and education. And that's where we meet Zasha in this episode. She’s now officially a full time real estate investor and shows no signs of letting up. Up to date, she’s done about 20 deals since her start in 2019, a mix of flips and holds, and is now focused on growing her passive income.
