Accessing mental health as a matter of priority is the crux of all Mental Health Awareness campaigns. It is a way of "okay-ing" a lot of things, that are generally ousted but carry an importance. Mental Health is about understanding oneself, getting in the depth of oneself, storing the necessary aspects, and deleting the unnecessary ones.
This fresh episode explores my life in the field of Psychology, what Mental health has taught me, what values I hold strong about Mental health and what I aspire to do in this very field.
