The story opens with the comedy duo Bud Abbott & Lou Costello delivering the remains of Dracula and Frankenstein’s Monster to a House of Horrors, but in a SHOCKING twist they’re both still alive and escape to a classically creepy castle where Dracula once again attempts to bring the Monster up to full power and replace his Abby Normal brain with the pliable brain of Costello after baiting him with a doctor babe.
