I hate homeless people! Yuck! I don't want to deal with them, but neither do our elected officials. Do we all need to have a little more compassion for those of us who are down on their luck? Or do we need to start administrating some tough love?

An estimated 500,000 people are experiencing some form of homelessness in America, can we do something about it?
