We're trading thopters and chalk, for AVs and bullets! Spores and cicadas for Militech & Arasaka! That's right - we're jumping into Cyberpunk RED! We're jacking into the neon-soaked high-tech world that has EDGERUNNERS vying for gigs, fighting for survival, glory, and the almighty eddy! We're not in Night City though, instead we're a few hours north in San Francisco re-imagined! Since seceding in 1994 the city has been run by a Council of City Managers (one per district) and a rotating Council Chair. The battered municipal grid can’t keep up. Brownouts and water rationing are daily realities; any reliable juice or clean water comes from privatized micro-networks and desal plants.
