But for others he had always been that drummer sitting at the back of the Rolling Stones - a man who lived a life almost at opposites with everything we know about the Stones. A man that scaled the heights of Rock n roll while wearing a tailor made three piece suit. Todays guest is Alan Clayson, English singer-songwriter, author and music journalist. Starting his career as the leader of 70s rock band, he would eventually establish himself as a prolific writer of music biographies covering Beatles, The Stones, Roy Orbison, Led Zeppelin, the list goes on!
