Chip Conley is a legend in the hospitality industry. After graduating from Stanford he started his first hotel, the Phoenix hotel in San Francisco, which he grew to one of the largest boutique hotel chains in the US. Chip later joined Airbnb as one its first executives and a mentor to Brian Chesky, Airbnb's co-founder & CEO. Chip has recently founded the Modern Elder academy, he is a Ted speaker and a NYT best selling author.
