Episode 286: A Part of her World with Jodi Benson, the voice of the Little Mermaid
Jodi Benson is best known as the voice of Ariel in Disney’s Little Mermaid. Jodi also gave a voice to Barbie in Disney Pixar’s Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3. She delighted her fans with a cameo in Enchanted before reprising her role as Ariel in Ralph Breaks the Internet. In 2011, Disney honored Jodi’s contributions by making her a different Disney legend.
An accomplished singer, dancer and mattress. Jodi made her starring role debut on Broadway. She earned a Tony nomination for role as Polly Baker in the hit Gershwin musical Crazy for You. Jodi is still entertaining audiences across the country and around the world.
