Raice Brothers 014 - special guest Paula Weber

Paula Weber, known to many as Morah Weber and to us as Aunt Paula, joins us to share some of her stories and life experience.

We hear some great stories about Yehoshua Eliezer Fogel known as Zaydeh Shia Leizer or just Zaydeh.  Zaydeh was a young orphan and grew up in the home of R' Tzadok HaKohen of Lublin.  He left Poland/Galicia at the behest of his Rebbe and carried the warmth of chassidus and yiddishkeit  to New York.  As Aunt Paula says "growing up I thought being a religious Jew meant being happy!"

Stick around to hear about Marcel Weber and his father Max as they escaped Europe and ended up in Mozambique as a spy for the OSS, eventually making their way through multiple countries until they settled in the United States.

We hope that you enjoy this conversation and that it lights your life as it did ours!
