
Saraswati Clere, an esteemed yoga teacher from the US, talks about the various practices to manage anxiety, particularly the power of tuning into our breath and slowing down our breathing. She also fondly reminisces the time she spent in India and how she is ever grateful for the practice of yoga.
Saraswati is the owner of Yogakula, a yoga studio in Berkeley, California. She is a 500 RYT Yoga Teacher Trainer and has for more than 30 years studied and taught alongside some of the most experienced yoga educators in the US.
