We’re all storytellers. And these stories we tell not only shape our opinions, give us new perspectives and a shared sense of history, but they also give meaning and color to our lives. They connect us and bring us together. As a documentary filmmaker, I’ve noticed that there’s a special kind of story that we share — colorful stories that become part our own personal myth. As we spin them and toss them around, they evolve and get embellished. I’ve always kept a keen ear for stories — the big stories and especially the small ones. But a lot of them end up falling through the cracks. Radio Cut is my new home for some of them.
