Dis yah one is a manifestation
You activate you plan you put plan inna action
Some say concentration me say ah meditation
It's all about you feelings and the vibrations
What about your thoughts and you intention
Move from chaos to organisation
Tell the monkey get out and find somewhere else to jam
Cos' too long him a put up resistance
Mind over matter matter into motion
From you can hold it in you head you can hold it in you hand
Mind over matter matter into motion
With you heart and you soul and your mind as one.
Knock knock pan de door and it open
Ask ask and you receive
When you know theres no need to believe
It's a fact that you already achieve
Then you act-knowledge that you have already
Know ask yourself what does it feel like to be
On the other side where the grass is so green
Sight the feeling you know what I mean
Mind over matter matter into motion
From you can hold it in you head you can hold it in you hand
Mind over matter matter into motion
With you heart and you soul and your mind as one.
There's enough to go around in this abundance
From you know weh you want just take your portion
Make some preparation with no expectation
Then move towards you goal an reach you destination
When you inna de zone you just can't go wrong
The joy inna you heart is you foundation
What is your compass your emotion
When you feel the feeling move in that direction
Mind over matter matter into motion
From you can hold it in you head you can hold it in you hand
Mind over matter matter into motion
With you heart and you soul and your mind as one.
Vibes, flowing flowing like river into ocean
Is the same vibration from creation
When me say head to hand is not fiction
Cos thoughts are things and things affect things
And everything in the universe is one
Now the light of the world is in everyone
Every being pan the earth whether sea or land
First was a thought then manifestation
Mind over matter matter into motion
From you can hold it in you head hold it in you hand
Mind over matter matter into motion
With you heart and you soul and your mind as one.
Mind over matter matter into motion
Hold it in you head then you can hold it in you hand
Mind over matter matter into motion
With you heart and you soul and your mind as one.

Bani Fyah is a Ugandan Reggae singer who is based in the country´s capital Kampala. The singer is born in Kabale in the south-west of Uganda, an area close to the border of Rwanda, which is also known for being the home area of the Nyabingi movement. This movement was the name-giving influence behind the Jamaican Nyabinghi branch of the Rastafari movement in Jamaica.
The song “Pump Up The Sound” from Ancient Astronauts´ latest album “ZIK ZAK” features Bani Fyah on vocals with the songstress dropping lyrics condemning slackness and corruption. It has received great support and feedback from DJ´s, sound systems, radio stations and blogs worldwide and surely was one of the golden nuggets on “ZIK ZAK”.
When fellow soundbwoy and producer Professor Skank contacted Ancient Astronauts and offered to do a remix for “Pump Up The Sound” it was a no-brainer for the German production duo cause they have been fans of his music since the release of his song “Revolution”. The remix he created is a deep bouncing remix that has been already tested on a big sound system. PUMP UP THE SOUND !!
