In this episode we will see how every-time Choice is ours - The human mind is a complex and powerful tool that can shape our lives in profound ways. One of the most significant choices we make is how we choose to think. We can either focus on negative thoughts, or we can choose to think positively. When we think negatively, our thoughts tend to be dominated by fear, anxiety, and doubt. These thoughts can create a negative feedback loop that reinforces our negative beliefs and makes us feel helpless and powerless. This can lead to a self-fulfilling prophecy where we sabotage ourselves and our own success. On the other hand, when we choose to think positively, we create a different feedback loop.
