Come along with me on this stream of consciousness that I've been exploring so much lately - I am obsessed with thinking about the connection between the life force INSIDE of us and the life force of the entire universe outside of us.

OF COURSE they're actually the same thing, the same energy, but as a mental experiment it can help us connect to them more to make the distinction between inside and outside, and it can help a lot in the sense of connecting to our own sense of VITALITY within our body and amplifying that more, and from this place seeing how we are intimately connected to nature, the divine, and the powerful synchronicities of Life.

In fact, we ARE nature. We ARE the divine. We ARE a powerful synchronicity of Life!
