This is something I've been thinking about and talking about A LOT:
Why are we so obsessed with everything saving us energy, obsessed with spending less energy and things being more 'convenient'?
Especially when the most beautiful connections, experiences and opportunities in our life often require us to be the best version of ourselves, which naturally requires energy and effort!
So if that's the case, how can we get SO GOOD at making sure that we always have a lot of energy? How can we prioritise our movement, nutrition and self-care practices?
