At our core we are deeply spiritual and sexual creatures - this is our oldest truth and affects everything we do, we think, we feel or we desire. The realisation of this is coming home, to remembering who we really are.

Our sexuality is our oldest evolutionary nature from when the first Achaea cell had an urge to merge (or have sex!) with the bacterial cell creating all of complex life. This is such a powerful deep part of us that to ignore it is to be blind to this eros energy that be used for all kinds of creativity, way beyond just sexual reproduction.
Willow discusses the tools of meditation, embodiment, breath work so that we can connect to our earthly body, feel the feels and life an erotic pleasurable life in everything we do.
We have been so conditioned by the shaming of who we really are, mostly by our organised religions and shame is the lowest of the emotional energies and incredible damaging and it is a level of disgust about how we feel about the essence of who we are.
As a society we are failing miserably in how we train our young men and women in understanding their sexuality. The men need to learn how to be in charge of their sexual energy and direct it to their energy centres rather than just be controlled by it in unconscious ways. When a man has this skill they are truely empowered to use this life-force energy in creating and manifesting the world they see and are able to be with a woman with so much sensitivity and intimacy that the women can start to relax, trust and feel.
When a women connects to herself she can realise when she has disconnected from her most scared place, her womb, probably due to all the times were her vagina has been mistreated or penetrated when it is not ready and the only way to deal with this is to close off and desensitise to this part. Willow teaches women how to reconnect to their most sacred place and start to own their own power, own their pleasure, own their boundaries and own their life.
Willow also talks Paul through his first ever genital meditation to help strengthen the neural connections to our pleasure, how to create sacred intentional spaces for intimacy, connection and pleasure and how can use breath work, meditation and eye gazing to really see all of ourselves and all of our partners and be OK to be seen in all these parts.
