This week on Radical Consciousness and Cleansing I want to talk about Steppin' back in to heal cancer.

The journey of cancer is a tumultuous one for many. Getting out the other side can leave a whirlwind of emotions attempting to find a way back into the life you had left behind before diagnosis and treatments. Potentially, then finding that this pre-diagnosis life no longer serves us.

In this episode, I would like to share some of my journey with you after a year since treatment and now having the opportunity to reflect on my healing journey and the complexity and its multidimensional layers that offer more opportunity to heal and carve a different life.  But how hard this can be and in no time we slip back into old habits of playing Russian Roulette with our own life.

The return rate of cancer is high, depending on the type of cancer but even 50% is a one in two chance we may receive a second diagnosis. How can we better these odds by taking our health and life into our own hands after the initial diagnosis and subsequent treatments?
