Bob is an iconic individual. He talks about his own journey with depression, which began in 1984, and developed a drug-free protocol for recovering from depression. Do we have your attention? Based on the Re_evaluation Counselling process in which Bob was trained in the 90’s he found a way through by going within and listening to his heart and body. No special tools or books are required, and there is nothing to buy, for everyone has their own innate healing tools, and my role is to help people find them.
