Mr Ananda Galappatti is a medical anthropologist and practitioner in mental health and psychosocial support in emergencies and adverse circumstances. Ananda describes his work on mental health in Sri Lanka, including during the conflict and the Indian Ocean tsunami disaster. Ananda is also a Commissioner on the Lancet Commission on racism and child health.
