Missions have been a part of the Christian church for centuries. From the early Christian apostles who traveled far and wide to spread their message, to modern-day missionaries who work to help communities in need around the world, missions have played a crucial role in sharing the good news of the gospel message.

But what is the purpose of missions? Why must the church feel the need to send people to other parts of the world to spread their message? And what impact do these missions have on the communities they serve?

In this episode, we will be talking with Rev. Bryan Webb. Bryan has served as a missionary with Assembly of God World Missions for over twenty-five years. Currently he serves as Area Directors for Pacific Oceania with Assemblies of God World Missions and oversee the team of missionaries serving in the twenty-three nations of the Pacific. Bryan is also the author of several books about missions which chronicle his missionary life.
