When was the last time you heard yourself say, "nothing every works out for me?  or " every relationship I've been in has been a disaster, or "I never get to do what I want ...?

Sweeping generalizations - that's what all these statements are, and we all have made them along the path of our life.  The challenge is, these convenient statements have a tendency to paint everything with the same brush and can create some pretty powerful habits that don't serve you.

On our Quest for Clarity, this week, we are going to shine a light on some common 'sweeping generalizations' and we'll take a look at how we might use more than one paintbrush as we paint the events in our lives and  talk about how things really are.
