Bar patrons are obstructing the entrances of at least one Charlotte business and the homes around it, and the problem has grown to the point where threats of violence have been made. Even though the owners of Lasting Impressions Auto Detailing have posted numerous signs informing drivers that the area is a tow-away zone, people who go to the nearby bars and clubs use the parking spaces at the business on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
