Kathy Davis, from VegInspired, is a whole food plant based coach with almost a decade of experience in eating and cooking vegan. Through her own weight loss journey from going "not-so-healthy" vegan to whole plant based foodie, she can relate to others and has incredible life experience and knowledge behind her. In this episode, she breaks down what it means to her to be vegan, how to implement simple strategies into our lifestyle, and how to plan and prepare ahead of time for your health goals. 


She is a vegan educator, plant based recipe developer and health coach, doing it all from the comfort of her rv as she travels the country with her three cats and husband.
