Natalie's very own sister, Julia, is joining us on today's show to talk all things going vegan, how breast cancer has challenged her and changed her, and the science behind why our bodies do what they do in an oxidative state. Julia is in her last years of receiving her PHD in chemistry from Boston College. Amidst her studies, she was diagnosed at age 26 with Stage 2 Triple Negative Breast Cancer in August of 2020. With cancer in her rearview, she knows it will always be apart of her life, because once a survivor, always a survivor. Listen in to this inspiring and insightful conversation about life, patience, growth, and love for yourself.
