1) eating less and what it means, 2) eating better - more wholesome foods, and 3) in a state of remembrance of God (dhikr). He explains that, in addition to the physical and emotional benefits, connecting to these Prophetic habits can lead to a state of mindfulness of God, drawing us closer to Him and Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
