In this episode we look at how AI can speed up our use of excel, help us with mundane tasks like writing location descriptions and creating basic renders of buildings. DISCLAIMER: I expect this episode to age very badly! I hope that in 6 months, AI adoption will be so much deeper that everyone will be using it all the time and that this episode will sound as stupid as "how to use Google in your everyday real estate work" however, for now (in March 2023) adoption still feels low and I'm keen to spread the word!
