In this episode, we are joined by Randy Burleson– Mr. Burleson is the founder and current CEO of Burleson Brands, an East Tennessee restaurant family that started with a locally loved and regionally renowned restaurant, Aubrey’s. Since opening his first Aubrey’s, Mr. Burleson has grown Burleson Brands to over 20 locations and over 1300 employees. Despite his company’s immense growth, Mr. Burleson continues to strive for constant innovation and makes time to give back to the community.
