We discussed about customer development, doing user interviews and basically how to best validate your idea when you are at the beginning of your entrepreneurship journey or when you get to work in a new product as a Product Manager.
Rob answered questions from the group and gave lots of super practical examples and tips on how to handle different scenarions. From how to finish meetings where you suddenly realize you wont get any new information, to how to handle the team when they are stuck with one idea.
