The Pride Fitness Podcast is for gay men who want to burn fat, gain muscle and feel more confident.I talk to men every day who tell me they feel overweight, unhealthy and unhappy with the way they look and feel. The stresses of day-to-day life, underlying traumas and some of the issues within the gay community that gay men deal with on a regular basis often make it difficult for gay men to feel motivated to eat healthy and get regular exercise. After working together and supporting them to establish better habits in their fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset, my clients feel stronger, have more energy and live happier and healthier lives. In every episode, we’re going to explore issues that affect gay men like mental health, relationships, substance abuse, and body image, as well as provide tactical advice in the areas of fitness, nutrition and mindset to start getting immediate results in their fitness journey and in their life.Let’s start our healing journey with the Pride Fitness Podcast.
