About Dr Judy Lovas
Judy has a PhD from the Faculty of Medicine (University of Sydney) and is an expert in evidence-based relaxation therapy. She teaches in the field of psycho-neuro-immunology, which provides evidence of the benefits of relaxation techniques. Judy is a dynamic educator and therapist who brings knowledge, passion and humour to help students learn, teach health professionals to improve their clinical practice, and empower people with relaxation skills to improve their mental health, stress, chronic illnesses, chronic pain and insomnia.
