We provide free and confidential STI and HIV testing, treatment, and prevention education, as well as case-management services for our clients living with HIV. Through our clinic, SHELL Health, we offer a variety of sexual health services. We have a mobile testing unit that’s available to bring our clinical services to any county in Southwest Alabama.
