He started out in the United States. He was born in India, so he came here at the age of 22. He went to the University of Alabama and got his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He couldn’t land a job in electrical engineering, so he settled for IT. He worked for companies like ADP, T-Mobile, Pepsi Co. His last employment was with the Bank of America. He was with them for six years. For fourteen years, He worked in corporate IT. July 16th, 2018 was when he resigned from his IT job and started doing this full-time. He did start my real estate career back in 2007 with single-family homes. He bought about twenty single-family homes, all with his own money, over a period of three, four years. He still has about half of them and in the process of selling them as the tenants move out because his focus is 110% on multifamily. He’s no longer on single-family. He started single-families in 2007 all the way into 2015. 2016 was when he started multifamily. He is doing this all alongside his day job. 2016 is when he syndicated his first property along with my business partner, Ramana, and after that they did nine more. It finally brought them where they are now.
